Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please Note: Used items or items that have been damaged due to accidental or intentional consumer error or misuse, are not returnable. 

If your item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you to take pictures of the box before opening and try to document the damage thoroughly. Kindly send the photos with your name, email address and, order number to [email protected].  We will refund or exchange items that have been damaged during shipping at no cost to the buyer.

Unopened packaged merchandise can be returned at the buyers cost for any reason within the first 30 days of receipt of your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, email, and order number prior to sending your items back.

Sorry, but smaller (under $10) items or unpackaged loose items are not returnable, unless they are part of a larger unopened package.

Examples of non-returnable items:

  • One Hitters
  • Small loose pipes
  • Open or unwrapped glass
  • Anything used

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of any refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow up to 3to 5 business days from the date of your notification, depending on your bank.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. With the exception of damaged during shipping items, which are at no cost to the customer.
